The FIM Road Racing World Championship Grand Prix calendar has been updated ahead of the 2014 season, with this latest version being published on Friday.

In comparison with the earlier version of the provisional 2014 calendar, the Spanish event at Jerez is no longer Subject to Contract (STC).

Furthermore, there has been a reshuffling in the order of those races making up the late-season ‘triple-header,’ which will now begin in Japan before moving on to Australia and Malaysia.

The provisional 2014 MotoGP calendar is as follows:

Apr 13 – Americas – Austin

Apr 27 – Argentina – Termas de Rio Hondo

May 4– Spain – Jerez de la Frontera

May 18 – France – Le Mans

Jun 1 – Italy – Mugello

Jun 15 – Catalunya – Barcelona-Catalunya

Jun 28 – Netherlands** – TT Assen

Jul 13 – Germany – Sachsenring

Aug 10 – Indianapolis GP – Indianapolis

Aug 17 – Czech Republic – Brno

Aug 31 – Great Britain – Silverstone

Sep 14 – San Marino & Riviera di Rimini – Marco Simoncelli Misano

Sep 21 – Aragon – MotorLand

Sep 28 – Brazil (STH) – Brasilia

Oct 12 – Japan – Motegi

Oct 19 – Australia – Phillip Island

Oct 26 – Malaysia – Sepang

Nov 9 – Valencia – Ricardo Tormo-Valencia
